Motion Graphics

This candidate is a senior character/motion animator, compositor and digital artist based in Foxton Beach with over 20 years of industry experience. They have spent 13 years as a senior animator/director (and later head of digital 2D) at one of NZ’s great animation studios, working across a range of projects and roles, including project scoping, designing, animating, directing, visualisation, conceptual development, team management, client comms, pre and post-production, technical lead and pipeline build/maintenance. This candidate is detail-oriented but also looks at the big picture in terms of industry and business. With sound technical and creative skills, they adopt a flexible, solutions-based approach, finding the best possible way to achieve the best results.
