Senior Marketing Manager – Projects and Brand

Our client is Australia’s largest private development company, with a $35 billion project pipeline over the next 20 years. This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating iconic urban transformations across commercial, residential, retail, industrial and luxury property sectors.

The role of Senior Marketing Manager – Projects and Brand will lead and execute marketing strategies as well as supervise all marketing collateral in close collaboration with Project and Development teams, as well as managing the brand campaigns, collateral and website.

This is a fast-paced, exciting role that is both strategic and hands-on, as you manage the marketing campaigns from conception to final sign-off by the internal teams.

This role will also work in close collaboration with the commercial Asset-based marketing teams and local project marketing team across their national projects, to ensure alignment in branding and strategies ladder-up to the brand.

You will be working across multiple projects in the company pipeline of urban transformation projects and leading the strategic direction, execution and performance of marketing and brand activity across the business project and corporate portfolios.

Skills

• You will have 10+ years working in the Marketing industry as a leader of brand creation, design and campaign
• Proven ability and success in the implementation of strategic marketing campaigns that deliver significant commercial targets
• Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and presentation skills 
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement
