Senior Digital Video Producer

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Digital Video Producer to join an established in-house marketing team full-time in Sydney’s Inner West. This role is ideal for a creative all-rounder with strong skills across video production, editing, animation, and digital content creation.

You will be working in a highly collaborative environment with access to state-of-the-art equipment and an on-site studio, creating multimedia assets that bring campaigns to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end production of engaging video content for marketing, social, digital, and campaign use
• Motion graphics, visual effects, and animation integration
• Video and photography shoots for product, lifestyle, and brand content
• Create and edit video, graphic, and multimedia assets for use across web, social, and ATL
• Maintain visual consistency and align with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaign briefs
• Optimise content for each platform and manage digital asset libraries
• Keep up to date with emerging trends and best practices in digital storytelling

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years' experience in video production, editing, and motion design
• A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing video, motion, and graphic work
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent sense of composition, storytelling, and technical execution
• Strong understanding of digital content, branding, and visual communication
• Organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple projects at once
• Previous experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector is a bonus
