Producer - Contract

Our client is part of a global agency group, located in central Sydney.

This is 3 month contract where you will lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of a content project, ensuring all outputs are delivered to the highest quality possible, on time and within budget.

Work closely with internal creative, strategy and client service teams, as well as external production partners to plan, coordinate and execute all phases of production.

Responsibilities are to:

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of the project from briefing through to final delivery.
• Build, manage and maintain detailed production schedules, milestones and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers across pre-production, production and post-production.
• Manage approvals, versioning and asset delivery processes across all outputs.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications, platform requirements and brand guidelines.
• Oversee budget tracking, cost management and supplier invoicing.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers and asset registers.
• Provide quality assurance across all deliverables prior to release.
• Identify risks early and proactively implement solutions.
• Attend shoots or post-production sessions where required.

If you have excellent Project Management experience and a second language Vietnamese, Bengali, Mandarin that would be a plus.
