Marketing Manager – Projects

Our client is Australia’s largest private development company, with a $35 billion project pipeline over the next 20 years. This is a unique opportunity to be part of creating iconic urban transformations across commercial, residential, retail, industrial and luxury property sectors.

With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, our client is now seeking an experienced Project Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end project marketing delivery in their Sydney Head Office.

You will bring your energy, creativity and enthusiasm to this hands-on marketing role, which will give you the opportunity to make an impact across the company’s broad spectrum of project developments. You will work in close collaboration with the wider Project and Development teams to carry out all aspects of marketing and digital creative for the projects. You will also work closely with the project teams to plan, create and execute brand strategies and outcomes and how they ladder up into the overall parent brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to help lead project branding and ideation, project launches, and ongoing promotions across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target buyer segments, pricing sensitivities and market trends that inform positioning and campaign focus.
  • Define and articulate compelling brand positioning and messaging for each project, ensuring consistent value propositions across all marketing communications.
  • Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email, content marketing, PR, and offline activities to generate leads and drive sales.
  • Coordinate project launch events and experiential marketing activities (e.g. launch days, site tours, community events) that build buzz and convert interest to commitment.
  • Manage content creation and asset production, such as website landing pages, sales brochures, photography, video tours, and listings that showcase development features.
  • Oversee CRM and lead nurturing processes, ensuring enquiries are captured, segmented and followed up with personalised communications to support conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, design, and project teams to align marketing outputs with on-site progress, sales materials, pricing updates, and product availability.

 

Skills

  • 4 + years of experience working in the marketing industry as a leader of brand creation, design and campaign strategic marketing and planning ability to develop and implement comprehensive, effective marketing plans.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for clear stakeholder engagement, presentations, and collaboration.
  • Digital marketing proficiency, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns and CRM tools.
  • Market research and data analytics skills to interpret trends and optimise campaigns.
  • Creative content development for compelling property storytelling and brand messaging.
  • Project management and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and deliver multiple activities on time.
  • Negotiation and relationship building with agencies, media partners and internal teams.
  • Financial literacy including budgeting, ROI measurement and marketing spend optimisation.
