Design Project Manager

There are 18 offices globally and a team of over 5000 passionate, ambitious, and incredibly talented individuals. They have an exciting and rare opportunity to join the team as Project Manager where you will be across the workflow and traffic management, across their pet vertical, based in their Ponsonby, Auckland office.

As a Design Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving creative excellence and operational efficiency across our brand communications. Sitting at the intersection of global marketing, creative teams, and key business stakeholders, you will lead the execution of global asset toolkits and digital showroom projects that bring our brands to life across the globe. With a deep understanding of creative workflows and commercial goals, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget. From coordinating timelines and aligning stakeholders, to overseeing asset production and content delivery – you will be the glue that keeps fast-paced, high-impact projects running smoothly, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.

Roles & Responsibilities 

• Managing design team workflow across both NZ and China design teams and the various channels
• Proofing assets and checking incoming briefs and outgoing proofs from the design team
• Ensuring assets delivered are the right spec and quality for the execution type, including screen layouts and interactive experiences.
•  File management of final proofs and artwork
• Oversee the deployment of assets
• Driving efficiency

If you have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, and have the confidence to maintain excellent time management and prioritisation of projects, have a pragmatic approach to problem solving and the ability to make decisions quickly with confidence, this will be an excellent career-enhancing opportunity.
