What You Will Bring

• 8+ years of experience in a creative or copywriting role, ideally within an agency
• A portfolio that shows sharp ideas, strategic thinking, and creative leadership
• Experience working across brand, campaign, and content
• Strong conceptual skills and a love for big thinking
• The ability to lead, inspire, and mentor creative teams
• Confidence in presenting to clients and bringing them on the creative journey
• A desire to create excellent work and enjoy life outside of it
