Designing Your Strategic Future

This Design Thinking workshop will shift how you think about your organisation’s strategic future. Developed for leaders and innovators in medium to large-sized organisations, the workshop is facilitated by leading Innovation and Design Thinking expert Michelle Tabart, Director at The Strategy Group. Learn how large organisations can use the Design Thinking methodology to kickstart corporate transformation.
Usually reserved for The Strategy Group’s 1st tier clients, the workshop will explore how and why you should adopt a customer-centric approach to designing services and products, in order to secure your company’s future in today's disruptive landscape.
In one half-day workshop, you will learn about the application of Design Thinking in a business strategy context, see case studies from Adobe, TOGA and the Department of Primary Industries, trial the methodology in a hands-on exercise, and participate in robust discussions about how you can apply the learned methodologies to your company.
