‘Can Technology Make Us More Human?’
AGDA at VIVID 2017
‘Can Technology Make Us More Human?’
There is an explosion of new technology today. A pervasiveness of screens. An abundance of content and experiences. But rare is the technology that blends seamlessly into our lives—even enhances our humanity. We believe technology has more potential.
As technology becomes embedded and ubiquitous, there’s a new and important role for designers and brands: to humanise the interface between technology and people. To design respectfully and considerately. To create technology that makes us feel more human, not less.
Join Mike Rigby, Executive Creator Director at R/GA New York, as he shares D&AD White Pencil winning project Love Has No Labels and Cannes Award-winning projects Owlet and Alvio.
Following Mike’s presentation; Matt Leach from Australian Design Radio (ADR) will moderate a panel of speakers who will delve deeper into the topic: redefining what it means to be human in this age of technology.
Join us for what will be a highlight on the AGDA 2017 calendar and an event not to be missed.
