UI/UX Digital Designer - Senior Level

Our client is seeking a Digital Design Lead to lead and elevate their design capabilities, delivering visually stunning and impactful digital experiences. As a key member of the design team this role requires outstanding UX/UI capability, strong Figma proficiency, and a deep appreciation for beautiful, well crafted, high-quality digital design.

At the same time, you will bring a mindset that is excited by innovation, someone who keeps an eye on emerging design tools, interaction patterns, and ways technology can elevate creativity. This role is pivotal in shaping the creative direction of the projects, inspiring a talented design team, and collaborating closely with clients to bring their brand visions to life. Motion or graphic design skills are a strong bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

UX/UI Design Excellence 

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and innovation
• Lead UX/UI design for websites, platforms and digital experiences
• Create polished, high-craft interface designs that feel intuitive, modern and purposeful
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI with precision and clarity
• Ensure design outputs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with user needs

Future-Ready Design Thinking 

• Stay curious about emerging design patterns, tools, and technologies
• Bring innovative approaches to concepting, prototyping and visual execution
