Our client is a boutique agency specialising in bringing brands to life through people, activation and comms. They have an office space in Sydney CBD, where you will work alongside an exciting client mix and their talented marketing team, with a focus on social and digital. As such, you will use your enviable experience working with a top-tier client, showcasing your expertise within social and digital, as well as having the mentorship and support from the highly experienced Managing Director.

In this role, you will be part of a close-knit collaborative team, working with them to lead the strategy and delivery for one of the agency’s long-standing clients (15+ years with the agency).
You will be responsible for overseeing a very experienced but small dynamic team, the overarching aspects of the social media marketing, the development and implementation of social media strategies, optimising social media performance, and digital paid media. Day-to-day tasks include creating content strategies, analysing performance metrics, and collaborating with the comms team to enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy and execution to drive brand growth and business development
- Optimise processes and operations to enhance team efficiency and output
- Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across digital, social, activations, and events
- Manage campaigns and coordinate across the internal team, the freelancers, and external partners
- With the MD, continue to strengthen/maintain senior client relationships
- Provide expertise in digital, content, paid and influencer marketing
- Share insights on industry trends, cultural shifts, consumer behaviour, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with creatives to deliver outstanding content
- Lead strategic planning, including yearly digital strategy, brand positioning, new campaign rollouts, and paid media approaches
- Apply hands-on knowledge of social and digital paid media
- Continue to mentor and develop a talented, dynamic, hands-on team
