Social Director

They are looking for a Social Director to join their Comms and Experience team.
In this client-facing role, you will bring strategic sharpness, creative confidence, and commercial rigour to managing key relationships and leading always-on, social-first campaigns. You will understand how social platforms drive performance, spotting influencer, creator, and UGC opportunities that spark engagement. As the voice of social for key clients, you’ll shape strategies, manage scopes, and lead relationships with confidence, collaborating across the business to deliver integrated ideas that earn attention and build brand love.
With 8+ years in social media strategy, account leadership, or digital content roles in a Creative or Media advertising agency, you’ll have proven experience leading always-on social work for major brands and a deep knowledge of social platforms, creator economies, and paid/organic content strategies. You’ll have confidence in managing senior client relationships and working cross-functionally, paired with strong commercial acumen - comfortable owning scopes, budgets, and performance metrics.
