Senior Performance & Media Planner/Buyer
Our client is a fast-paced and agile marketing agency founded in Wellington and recently opened in Auckland, where this role will be located. They are looking for a senior cross-channel media expert to lead integrated media strategy and execution across some of Aotearoa’s most exciting brands.
As the Integrated Media Lead, you will own multi-channel media planning, buying, optimisation and reporting. You will lead media strategies and full-funnel planning, be hands-on with campaign setup and optimisation, drive performance across digital and traditional channels.
You will be skilled at building client and supplier relationships, with the confidence to present insights that shape business results, and managing media partner bookings across OOH, BVOD, Radio & Publishers.
The right person for the role will have 4+ years agency experience in digital/media/integrated roles, with a deep knowledge of Meta, Google and NZ media suppliers. You will have a data-led mindset with the ability to translate results into action and a love of working across multiple channels and complex campaigns. You will have a collaborative approach, working with creative and digital teams on campaign development and able to mentor junior marketers and uplift media capability across the team.
