Senior Performance Manager – Contract
Our client is a full-service marketing and communications agency based in Napier. They have built a reputation for having a highly specialist offering in the agribusiness sector, with a national and international client base. They are looking for a Senior Performance Manager to join their team for a 12-month contract.
As the Senior Digital Performance Manager, you will be at the intersection of marketing, data, and UX. You will be responsible for developing and executing sophisticated performance campaigns and conversion strategies that drive tangible brand growth. This is a hands-on role where you will work with senior partners to ensure every click counts and every journey is optimised for excellence.
Requirements of this role include media buying & execution, measurement architecture, performance optimisation, CRO strategy, Insights & analytics.
The right person for this role will have 3–7+ years in digital performance marketing, analytics, or CRO roles, ideally within an agency or growth-focused environment. You will be hands-on, advanced experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4 implementation is essential. You will have a deep knowledge of Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube Ads, DV360, and Google Ads and proven ability to link media performance with on-site conversion outcomes and a passion for testing and optimisation.
You will have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex data and tracking concepts simply to those who aren't as tech-savvy.
An understanding of the unique marketing challenges and opportunities within the agribusiness sector is a bonus!
