You think about creative and messaging before you think about targeting. You understand that the best-optimised campaign in the world will not save weak creative. And you are always asking: what would actually make this work better?

You are platform agnostic. You recommend the right channel based on the brief and the KPIs — not habit. Meta and Google are your home turf, but you have got real exposure across TikTok and LinkedIn, too. And when a new platform comes along? You lean in. You figure out how it works, what it rewards, and how to make it perform. Fast.

You have built campaigns that generate real leads for service businesses. You have grown brand presence across multiple channels. You know when to test, when to scale, and when to blow something up and start fresh. You do not hide behind data — you use it to make bolder decisions.

You care about what happens after the click. You understand that a great ad can only do so much - if the landing page, the form, or the follow-up is broken, the campaign is broken. You know what to look for to improve conversion rates and you are not afraid to say it.

You will lead performance strategy across a portfolio of clients — service brands and lead gen businesses that need sharp, creative thinking and sharp execution. You will get stuck in: building campaigns, writing ad copy, analysing data, presenting recommendations, and helping the junior team level up.
