Graphic Designer - Midweight

We are seeking a skilled midweight level Designer with a strong focus on EDM design and brand ecommerce experience. Ideally, the candidate will have B2C experience in sectors like fashion, beauty, or supplements and is excited to challenge themselves at a high-growth startup making a real impact in the pet world. You will take the lead in creating on-brand, visually engaging EDMs, website assets, and promotional materials across all channels, ensuring consistent design that resonates with customers. Our client has a vibrant, memorable brand and is looking for a portfolio of work that showcase a blend of bold colours, approachable yet clean layouts, and clear messaging, all crafted to build trust and engagement.

The Role:

Our client is seeking a creative Designer who can keep their brand’s aesthetic fresh, consistent, and true across all channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Implement and refine a unified visual identity across diverse channels (email, social media, paid ads, website, print)
  • Design EDMs, paid media assets, and website visuals aligned with the brand
  • Support the creation of organic social media content, ensuring visual consistency and engaging creativity
  • Develop promotional materials (signage, flyers, banners) that maintain brand integrity and convey key messaging
  • Oversee projects from briefing to completion, paying meticulous attention to detail
  • Ensure 100% brand consistency, delivering high-quality design assets on time

 

Ideal Experience:

  • A bonafide dog lover
  • A portfolio that excites
  • 3+ years of design experience in an eCommerce business or agency setting, working across multiple channels (web, social media, print, etc.)
  • Strong capabilities in EDM design, aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Creatively flexible, able to take feedback and deliver work to a brief
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with experience designing for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with package design (bonus, but not required)
  • Previous experience in a high-growth online consumer brand is highly valued
