Digital & Social Content Producer

You are a digital content all-rounder with excellent content creation skills, and can bring your energy and enthusiasm to this hands-on role, which is at the core of telling our clients' story as Australia’s Great Placemakers.
You will excel in identifying and building new digital content initiatives and drive the storytelling to highlight the company's expertise in taking on challenges and delivering outstanding places for communities.
Creating high-quality content, you will manage the company's digital platforms, write and coordinate social media posts, track and improve performance using the latest data and trends, and collaborate with other marketing teams across the business to drive the best stories and elevation of the company brand.
Working closely with the project teams across the broad pipeline, you will set up and help execute social strategies to engage potential customers and strengthen the relationship with existing ones.
Key responsibilities include
- Owning the day-to-day management of the corporate and project development social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook and any emerging priority platforms.
- Ensure a consistent, engaging, and on-brand presence aligned to corporate and development priorities.
- Ensure the website is updated consistently with fresh and engaging digital content.
- Translate property, development, and corporate narratives into compelling, audience-first digital stories using video, imagery, animation, and written content.
- Blend digital media creation with promotional strategy with campaigns that include social media, email, paid ads, and analytics to support brand visibility and audience growth.
- Monitor trends, emerging formats, and platform changes to continuously evolve the digital presence and storytelling capability.
- Create high-quality social-first content including copy, imagery, short-form video and reels.
- Adapt long-form content such as media releases, reports and speeches into engaging social formats using graphics and music.
- Work with internal designers, videographers and external agencies where needed to deliver larger content pieces.
- Monitor comments, messages and mentions across all managed channels.
- Track performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
- Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Skills
- 4+ years in social media and digital comms/marketing working on digital content to drive engagement.
- Solid understanding of SEO and analytics tools including Google Analytics.
- Proven experience in social media and digital marketing tactics, unique digital content development.
- Ability to shoot basic photography and video is preferred, with the opportunity for further professional training offered
- Experience in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro editing software and/or experience in Canva and Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator) highly regarded but not necessary
