Digital Retention Specialist

Our client is a well-regarded global not for profit focusing on the well-being of children. They are looking for a Digital Retention Specialist to join their team. 

As Digital Retention Specialist, you will optimise digital supporter journeys that keep donors engaged and inspired. You will own the supporter portal and associated digital communications, ensuring experiences are personalised, data-driven, and seamless across channels. This is a chance to use your digital expertise to grow supporter retention, reduce churn, and deliver greater impact for children.

This role will see you developing personalised supporter journey requirements to optimise portal experiences, content, and communications, building and implementing data-driven retention and churn reduction strategies, and monitoring and optimising performance using testing, analytics, and behavioural insights.

You will align digital experiences with omni-channel projects and campaigns and work cross-functionally to ensure an excellent user experience, including with global teams.

The right person for this role will have 3+ years of experience in digital experience, customer lifecycle management, or supporter engagement, with a strong understanding of UX/UI principles, behavioural targeting, and marketing automation. You will be skilled in journey design, optimisation, and data-driven decision making, and have proficiency in CRM systems and supporter experience platforms, ideally with Hubspot or MS Dynamics. 

A team player, you will have excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Analytical and curious, you will have the ability to translate insights into improvements.
